1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the CivilNext App or CivilNext.in (the "Service") operated by Seetharam Engineering and Services, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement applies to all visitors, users, customers, and partners ("Users").
2. The CivilNext Platform
CivilNext operates as a marketplace connecting end-users to independent service professionals, consultants, and equipment vendors. CivilNext facilitates the transaction and booking process but does not directly employ the service providers.
3. Account Registration & User Conduct
- Users must be 18 years or older to register an account and make bookings.
- Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete identity and location information to fulfill bookings safely.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and OTPs.
4. Payments and Cancellation Policy
Various services hosted on CivilNext have specific payment timelines and cancellation windows:
- Service & Doctor Appointments: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.
- Equipment Rentals: Security deposits are refundable upon the safe return of the equipment.
- Material Sales: Return policies apply based on specific manufacturer warranties outlined at checkout.
5. Service Adjustments and Liability
While CivilNext strives to independently verify providers on the platform ensuring quality, CivilNext’s ultimate liability for damages arising out of services directly delivered by third-party independent providers is strictly limited to the amount of the transaction facilitated through the app.
6. App Store terms
These Terms supplement any applicable usage rules of the Google Play Store Terms of Service, which you must also adhere to while operating the CivilNext Android App.
7. Governing Law and Modification
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. CivilNext reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Major revisions will be communicated via your registered email address 30 days prior to taking effect.
