With Assigned Service Providers: Name, phone number, and verified location are shared with the provider assigned to your specific booking.

We retain your personal information only as long as your account is active. Users have the complete right to request the deletion of all personal data held by CivilNext.

To request data deletion: Access the Data Deletion Form on our website. All incoming deletion requests are processed manually within 7 business days, resulting in the permanent removal of your account, history, and associated identifiers from our database.
