Delete your CivilNext account

This applies to all CivilNext apps: CivilNext (customers), CivilNext Partner, CivilNext Staff and CivilNext Transport.

Fastest: delete it in the app

Open the app, go to Profile (Account in CivilNext Staff), tap Delete Account and confirm with the code sent to your phone. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your name, phone number, email, profile photo, saved addresses, ID documents, bank and UPI details, device tokens and location; your login stops working.
• Kept, without your identity: orders, bookings and invoices, because Indian GST law requires businesses to keep issued invoices. They show "Deleted user" instead of your name.
• Messages you sent stay visible to the person you sent them to, under "Deleted user".
